We are seeking a full-time, dependable Class A driver to deliver lumber, windows, doors, millwork, and wall panels.

- Pre-Trip Inspections
- Minor Maintenance
- Safely securing loads
- Physically loading / unloading some material
- Accurate checkoff & counts of loaded items

Qualifications:
- Class A Driver’s License
- Current medical card (or eligibility)
- Air brake endorsement
- Mechanical aptitude
- Track record of driving safely
- Knowledge of Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin
- Ability to lift and carry 75-100 pounds consistently
- Enjoy working in all weather conditions
- Excellent communicator
- Wide load experience a plus but will train the right individual

Residential Estimator
Put your estimating skills to work by joining our newly created Residential Project Team. The Residential Project Team is a collaborative approach where individual talents mesh to provide industry-leading customer service. As estimator, you will be responsible for estimating residential projects in new construction and remodeling, which will include lumber, roofing, siding, decking, millwork, windows, and doors. As a member of the team, you will be rewarded for your contribution to the team by way of additional incentives in the form of a commission. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet with various stakeholders to determine the needs of the project
- Utilize estimating software to determine quantities needed
- Using point of sale and vendor relationships, formulate a complete, accurate estimate
- Track estimates to ensure timely delivery to the customer
- Collaborate with the sales team and the customer on estimate review

Inside Sales
To be responsible for selling and providing professional customer service to contractors and do-it-yourselfers. Assisting customers making purchase decisions on window and door products, decking materials, lumber and sheathing needs, wood foundations, and ensuring the customer has everything needed to complete a project. Processing sales transactions and ordering materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilites
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers by supplying advice and information, producing timely estimates for packages and projects and following up on sales calls.
- Presents and sells all building materials sold by Glenbrook Building Supply
- Provides superior customer service while ensuring sales and profit goals are met
- Assist walk-in customers with selection and sell materials according to their needs
- Meet with various stakeholders to determine the project schedule and project needs
- Project Management (order material and schedule shipping with dispatcher to ensure timely flow to the project)
- Use / learn point of sale to accurately track materials and payments according to corporate policies
- Supports the outside sales program and contractor customers as directed
- Follow-up with those on site routinely to exhibit excellent communication
- Collaborate with team members on project outcomes for constant improvement
- Other duties as directed
Qualifications
- Well organized with project management expertise
- Previous experience in a sales/customer service environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Familiarity with building materials is helpful
- Ability to participate effectively as a team member
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret residential plans and specifications.
- Ability to communicate inside a team environment and interpersonally with various stakeholders.
- Ability to read a scale.
- Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as subtraction, addition, multiplication, and division.
- Strong geometric skills to determine area. Ability to convert industry pricing to related units of measure.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
